DESCRIPTION

A funky salty & sour spritz to pair with a light lunch in the sun.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Mother Root Ginger

1 tsp Preserved lemon brine (this is the juice preserved lemons are kept in)

100ml Tonic water

HOW TO MAKE IT

Add Mother Root Ginger and the lemon brine to a wine glass filled with ice.

Top with the tonic water and garnish with a preserved lemon wedge.
