Mezcalixta

DESCRIPTION

Fresh and zesty for lazy summer days.

GARNISH

  • 25ml Mother Root Ginger
  • 60ml still water
  • 60g roughly chopped extra ripe mango 
  • 5g basil leaves
  • 5 fresh kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • (25ml Mezcal or Tequila for low ABV)

HOW TO MAKE IT

  • Add all the ingredients to a large jar or cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Leave to infuse for at least 15 minutes, or up to two hours.
  • Fill a glass with plenty of ice. Strain the cocktail through a sieve into the glass.
  • Garnish with 2 basil leaves and a lemon slice.
