25ml Mother Root Ginger
15ml fresh lemon juice
15ml 2:1 honey syrup 
100ml Lapsang Tea (hot brewed, then cooled)
Directions
  1. Shake in a cocktail shaker, strain over ice into a lowball glass.
  2. Garnish with a lemon twist
