Start your day off strong

Ingredients
  1. 25ml Mother Root Ginger
  2. Hot water 
  3. A squeeze of hot honey (optional)
Directions
  1. Add hot water to your favourite mug lined with Mother Root.
  2. Squeeze a little hot honey for some extra fire and sweetness (great to stave off a cold!).
