Ingredients
  1. 50ml Mother Root Ginger 
  2. 50ml lime juice 
  3. A couple of sliced jalapenos 
  4. 15ml jalapeno brine 
  5. Juice of 1 clementine 
  6. Tajin and chilli to garnish
Directions
  1. To a shaker add ice, Ginger Switchel, lime juice, jalapenos and brine, and juice from the clementine and shake.
  2. Wipe around the edge of a glass with a lime wedge and then dip the glass in Tajin.
  3. Add ice to your glass and strain into the glass, garnishing with the chilli.
